Head directly to myjobs.ny.gov to register and post your jobs, or sign up for the indexing feature to automatically pull openings from your own website to the NYS Job Bank.

Once posted, your job order is shared with our staff,  our partners, our job-seekers, and posted on our social media pages.

We can also pre-screen applicants for you, using your required qualifications.

Think of a customized recruitment as a job fair just for your business.  We’ll help host the event – at your place or ours, promote it to the public, and even pre-screen candidates if you’d like.  Our offices have access to computers, copiers, wi-fi, and space – all at no cost to your business. 

Mini-job fairs (6-10 businesses) are held each month to provide businesses with an opportunity to prescreen applicants and/or offer on-site interviews. They are rotated among our three counties, and we help promote the event to the public. Contact us for information on upcoming events.

Annual Community Job Fair (60+ businesses) is a large-scale event held in collaboration with Workforce Solutions, Fulton-Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce, and SUNY FMCC.  

Virtual Job Fairs – soon to be held monthly through the New York State Department of Labor.

Funding is available to help defray some of the high costs of hiring and training your new workers while you provide a practical, realistic work experience. Your employees will meet your job standards because you train them! Funding is on a reimbursement basis and can be applied to either full or part-time positions.

Many times, you have talented workers ready to take on more responsibility and move up, but they need training in specific skill areas to advance to the next level. Funding is available to share the costs of that training.
